This spacious, cool and airy house in
Kephalonia, available for holiday let, can accommodate ten to twelve
guests or two families or groups of friends wishing to holiday
together.
THE
WALNUT TREE villa has its own pool (10m x 5 and non-diving) and is
surrounded by landscaped grounds of about an acre. The house looks out
over the Bay of Sami with the island of Ithaca in the distance,
surrounded by a horseshoe of majestic hills. The house is about two
kilometres from the villages of Poulata and Karavomilos and four
kilometres from the town of Sami, the main port of the island. The
capital of Kephalonia, Argostoli is eighteen kilometres away – a drive
of thirty minutes. |
