THE WALNUT TREE, a
spacious villa near Sami, Kephalonia - available for holiday
lettings. There is accommodation for ten guests (twelve guests by
arrangement) or two families or groups of friends wishing to holiday
together.
THE WALNUT TREE villa has its own pool (10m x 5 and non-diving) and
is set in landscaped grounds of about an acre. The house is
surrounded by a horseshoe of majestic hills and overlooks the Bay of
Sami with the island of Ithaca in the distance. The house is about
two kilometres from the villages of Poulata and Karavomilos and four
kilometres from the port of Sami. The capital of Kephalonia
Argostoli is eighteen kilometres away – a drive of thirty minutes.
