ACCOMMODATION
GENERALLY
The
accommodation is on two floors, suitable for ten to twelve people in
one party. Alternatively the villa is suitable for two families or
groups of friends wishing to holiday together. Both floors consist
of a large open plan living space – sitting area, dining area and
kitchen.
The living areas are furnished with comfortable sofas and
the dining area can seat up to twelve on the ground floor and eight
on the upper floor if required.
Both kitchens are fully equipped
with fan ovens, hobs, microwaves, fridge/freezers and dishwashers,
with plenty of storage and a good range of china, glass and cutlery.
There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
One of the double bedrooms has direct
access on to the pool terrace. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards,
remote-control air-conditioning, large mirrors and good lighting.
The bed linen is white cotton. There are towels for house use and
beach/swimming towels on request.
The house has been constructed to
a high standard. The insulation is designed to keep the house cool
in the summer and easy to heat in the cooler months. The house has
full central heating and has wood-burners in the living rooms on
both floors. Every window has very efficient pull-down fly-screens
that enable the windows to be open at night and the house completely
free of mosquitoes.
EXTRA ACCOMMODATION
If there are larger family groups holidaying together, the
next-door villa is also available for rental. This villa has
three double bedrooms, sleeping six which would make the two
properties together able to accommodate 18 guests. Our agent
