The accommodation is on two floors, suitable for ten to twelve people in one party or for two families or groups of friends wishing to holiday together.

Both upper and ground floors consist of a large living space – sitting area, dining area and kitchen. The living areas are furnished with comfortable sofas and the dining area can seat up to twelve on the ground floor and eight on the upper floor if required. The kitchens are fully equipped with fan ovens, hobs, microwaves, fridge/freezers and dishwashers, with plenty of storage and a good range of china, glass and cutlery.

On the ground floor there is a large utility room through the door in the kitchen area or accessible through the double doors from the pool terrace. The utility room houses the boiler that serves the whole house and it also contains a washing machine for use of all guests, together with ironing board and iron. There are large clothes horse/dryers on both floors. There is a small changing room with toilet in the utility room with easy access for pool users. There is a pool shower just on the right outside the utility double doors .

The house has been constructed to a high standard. The insulation is designed to keep the house cool in the summer and easy to heat in the cooler months. The house has full central heating and has wood-burners in the living rooms on both floors. Every window has a very efficient pull-down fly screen that enables the windows to be open at night and the house completely free of mosquitoes.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms : On the ground floor there are three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), a large bathroom and a shower room. There are hairdryers in each bathroom. One of the doubles has direct access on to the pool terrace. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards, very quiet remote-control air-conditioning, large mirrors and good lighting. There is white cotton bed linen and towels for house use only. There are beach/swimming towels on request.

This villa sleeps six in three double bedrooms which would make the two properties together able to accommodate 18 guests.
