Changeover day
Generally Saturday or Sunday, but other arrangements will be
considered.
Flights
We are
more than happy to assist with finding the best flight for our
guests.
Arrival/Departure
Guests can take possession of the keys at 3.0pm on arrival day and
are asked to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.
Deposit
Please note that a 25% deposit and proof of holiday insurance is
required when booking.
Special Requirements
If you have any special requirements, please be sure to let us
know.
Rental Periods
Rental periods are generally one week or more but again we can be
flexible. We do consider rentals by the day – especially outside the
main holiday season.
Service
Our Agent, Spiros Dorizas
All arrangements for the general running of the house
are taken care of by Spyros Dorizas. Spyros welcomes our guests on
arrival giving them any information or assistance they may need
during their stay. He can always be contacted by mobile and will
help with any emergencies or problems that may crop up.

Staff
Dina visits the house on a twice-weekly basis to clean the property
and change the linen. There are regular visits by Gary and Elaine
who look after the pool and the garden.
Babysitting
Elaine and Gary will baby-sit by arrangement.
Welcome Pack
A welcome pack is provided for each booking. It includes bottled
water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk, wine, bread, butter, honey and
fruit. Please note that our local tap water is perfectly safe for
drinking.
Car Hire
Nikos Koutsogiorgos:
starvillas@starvillas.gr provides
an excellent car hire service. Nikos will meet incoming flights or
deliver direct to the house.
Local Information
Both floors are provided with local information:
Medical Centre in Sami, post office, bank, pharmacy (Spyros’s
uncle), supermarkets, shops, restaurants, museums, monasteries,
local sites of interest, good walks, boat hire, diving and good
beaches……… |
