 NOTES:

  • Rental is based on an occupancy of 10 guests. Up to two additional guests incur a supplement of £15 nightly.
  • Exclusive ground floor rental (3 bedrooms & pool) avaialble outside high season and  half-term – POA.
  • Payment is accepted in GBP, EURO or USD via bank transfer or cheque.
  • Deposit: 25% of rental is payable on confirmation of booking.  The balance is payable only 8 weeks before arrival.
  • Check in/out days are flexible enabling guests to travel at a convenient time.
  • We do not accept bookings of less than one week in high season or half-term, stag or hen events.
  • Five day and long weekends considered at other times of the year.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • List your party’s names and add the ages of those under 18. 
  • Read the booking Terms and Conditions and complete the booking request form to indicate agreement with our conditions. 
  • Add your flight details if available and the Passport Number of the lead member of your party (needed by the Greek authorities on arrival at the villa).
  • Return the completed and signed form with proof of Travel Insurance and 25% Deposit.
  • There is a £300 damage deposit added to the blance payment due eight weeks before arrival. Refunded upon a satisfactory inspection.

These last two companies offer Secure Online Booking, INSTANT BOOKING and payment can be made via CREDIT CARD (and Debit Card) .  Please be aware, you will be paying for these services with a variable booking fee.  The amount of the fee will depend on which site, time of year and length of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

‘Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they have paid.  If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%.  Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.’

The cancellation policy above is copied from the VRBO website to ensure continuity of policy.

However, as holiday makers ourselves, we would always want to listen to specific cases and make decisions on each request as and when they occur.  If you have problems (and we know this can happen), please let us know as soon as possible.
